Too thin, images are swollen

I have other Colorbok notebooks and was surprised at how thin this paper is. It's literally too thin to be called card-like. At best, it weighs 60 pounds. The notebook has 50 sheets and is 1/4 inch thick. My notebooks from other well-known brands like K & Company, DCWV, etc. are more than twice as thick as standard colored cardstock. That plays a role in cutting. Okay, a lot of these aren't templates but full-page images that would work well as scrapbook page layouts, but not for anything else.

Pros
  • Paper
Cons
  • Can't remember

Very important!

Sorry I gave the wrong review of 8x8 cards. (It's 12 x 12) They're great, just not what I expected. Some of these are full size images. .Old typewriter and telephone. I can't imagine using my Cricut with it. I will most likely use them for really old family photos from 1916-1940 and make a scrapbook out of them. Not at all what I expected. It's definitely vintage, but some of the sides are darker than I expected. If you know Tim Holtz, they're more into this look than shabby chic. Unfortunately

Pros
  • Decor paper
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Very thin paper. So it all depends on the intended use

Definitely NOT cardboard for those looking for it - this is NOT that. It's very thin. Rather compare it to regular printer paper, in fact my printer paper, which is just standard printer paper, is a bit thicker than this one. As for the design, it depends on what you want them for. I will use some. I probably won't get some! It's single sided so one side in this bag is completely blank, just like the other bag (mixed media) I bought. However, I'm only giving the project one chance, so I wanted…

Pros
  • Crafting and sewing
Cons
  • So far so good
