The product is excellent. It's not a bad attempt at moisturizing your hair, it's changing it for the better! Beware! However, if you don't have straight hair, thick hair or a lot of hair, it will be difficult. Because of the price I thought this shampoo would be amazing. It was a big disappointment. I didn't notice much moisture. I found Matrix Total Results Moisture Me Rich much better and half the price.

Love this product! My hair feels so clean and silky after using it which is amazing! My hair ends up being incredibly damaged but you can't tell after using the shampoo and conditioner. I hope to continue using these products forever.

I love this shampoo and have bought it in a large bottle in the past for a very reasonable price ($37) through Revain. Not sure why Revain is now almost doubling the price ($68) and finding it acceptable. I ended up going to another website to purchase the $35 product.

I have been using this conditioner and shampoo for many years and I usually (but not always) buy direct from the salon. I was in a bind, I needed more, and I've never had a problem shopping on Amazon in the past. The conditioner was NOT the same formula, it's the wrong consistency and it doesn't work on my hair. It's like putting hand lotion on my hair! Everything was a mess and after blow drying my hair was rough, waxy and completely unruly. I will go to my salon to see what they think just so

I was wondering if there is a shampoo for semi permanent colored hair like mine. I had purple hair for almost two years and didn't use any shampoo - just a hair mask with my color and cold or warm water. This shampoo is great but it doesn't leave all the color behind although I didn't notice any noticeable difference, the lather and conditioner were very vibrant. This review is for the curious only.

I've probably been using Color ProofShampoo longer than any other shampoo because it's a rich shampoo that doesn't dry out my hair and is so rich that a small amount will lather you into oblivion. My hair feels so clean after shampooing that I can easily go 3 days between shampoos with a light lotion and medium density spray.
