The length is great and that was the main reason I bought it. Fits more like a coat than a jacket.

It's a very basic coat with no features so the $40 I paid is probably a fair price but I wouldn't overdo it. There are no knitted cuffs in the sleeves and there are no drawstrings anywhere to tighten the bottom opening or hood. So it's a very simple basic design. The length is great and that was the main reason I bought it. Fits more like a coat than a jacket. Also the size is right or is a bit loose. My boy is a size 6-7 on most brands and the X-Small is a bit big.

  • This was a great purchase for my almost 6 year old. Very nice and warm winter coat.
Cons
  • Be sure to order one size smaller than you think you will need. It is more of a men's sized item than for big boys.

My 11 year old loves this jacket. Light but warm. I also bought a fleece jacket to cheer me up on those very cold days. Would give 6 if I could.!

Pros: This coat looks warm and fits my son. Cons: I ordered size XXS but received XS. Another plus: in a few years it will fit my son. Would just prefer the size I ordered, that's all for this winter.

Lightweight in my opinion

never mind Nothing like other Columbia coats I've bought from the store. I thought I was getting a lot but turns out you get what you pay for, very little topping.

Great new review

Great jacket. It fits more than expected. It looks like 5T.Tag showed a sale price of $110. I paid less than half of that amount. The prices are crazy. It will come next year and maybe next. He likes it

  • Can be awkward. The down jacket style can make the jacket bulky and uncomfortable for some kids.

Good coat! I ordered Big Boys small for my 8 year old son. He usually wears a size 7 in most things as he is of average height and slim build. It's too big for him now, but he can probably wear it next winter.

This jacket which my 12 year old loves in his favorite color is nice and warm. Fits well. Recommend this n sz jacket for a 12 n kid with a slim build
