This is a very basic coat with no features so I paid $40. The price is probably normal, but I wouldn't overdo it. There are no knitted cuffs in the sleeves and there are no drawstrings anywhere to tighten the bottom or hood. So it's a very simple basic design. The length is great and that was the main reason I bought it. Fits more like a coat than a jacket. Also the size is right or a little loose. My boy is a size 6-7 on most brands and the X-Small is a bit big.
