Great service, innovative ideas and constant updates

I like that they have been able to help me with my customer experience challenges by creating an AI chatbot which has helped us solve our problems of engaging customers in multiple languages (Spanish & English). It’s very helpful when you need someone who can speak both Spanish AND english! They are great at listening/understanding your needs before coming up solutions or recommendations - this makes them stand out from other companies we've worked wih previously.   • Sometimes the lag time between responses is a bit long, but for the most part everything works very well together
