Once I found a good spot to mount the speakers, the sound quality was incredible. The volume control is annoying, as is the noise cancellation. The volume just increases, so you have to crank the volume up to the maximum before it drops to the minimum. Even with the helmet closed, there is no noise cancellation. Anything over 30 mph and it's unusable

We ordered 4 of these and returned 1 within 30 days because it didn't work, it's March 26th and we had problems with the other 3. I haven't spoken to the company yet. We just got back from vacation and couldn't use them because they couldn't keep in touch with each other. Stay tuned to see if the company can help resolve this issue.

They worked quite well, although several times they lost connection when the distance exceeded 1/2 mile, and sometimes even closer. They say they last up to 1500 km or 0.93 miles, which could be great on the highway but not so good off-road. We, my friends and I, enjoyed chatting without having to stand next to each other while we were around.

A friend and I used them as a pair for the first time this weekend. The intercom works perfectly. At times we were a quarter to a half mile apart and we could still hear each other clearly. I use a modular helmet and she uses a full face. There was no wind noise, no breath noise. I've used FM radio and Bluetooth stereo and I love it. I highly recommend the FreedConn T-MAX!

I have never tried them because the devices are too thick to fit in a helmet. They protrude further than the pad notch will allow, making them uncomfortable to wear in a helmet. Buying a larger helmet doesn't work (it primarily conflicts with the correct sizing of the helmet and is just thicker than the padding so it presses right into the ear).

This is an amazing product. That's why I recommend this amazing product1. It is very easy to install. The whole installation takes about ten minutes.2. The design is so cool. When I ride my BMW S 1000 with this headset, my old racing friends are so jealous that they end up buying a set.3. The sound quality is very good. Now even at 80 mph I can enjoy music and enjoy the gorgeous smoky mountain spring.

Bulky, broke after two months of daily use. The battery started draining after a month and was not fully charged. Any moisture (even on a very humid day) will degrade and distort the sound quality. Range is ok, pairing 4 riders takes forever and there are LOTS of steps. And then reconnecting after turning off was not possible. Has reunited with only one rider at a time with no issues, but rarely with the same person (when in a group, not just another rider).
