After seeing all the light strips on youtube I wanted to try one without spending a lot of money. It has basic features and gives you a good idea of what the best devices offer. This is the best computer desk lamp I have ever had. It doesn't interfere with the top of the monitor, giving me more desk space. It has daylight, soft light and is connected to my computer via USB so it turns off with the computer.

Don't get me wrong, this is one hell of a product. The only thing I want to see in it is that you can leave it on so I can control it with a smart plug, but let me tell you that you're getting a great product.

I bought another monitor light (Kohree?) and I kind of liked it, but wanted a wider light to cover more desk space. This device produces comparatively less light, the controls are invisible (touch controls are marked with icons etched into the black plastic light bar), and the mount only fits small and thin monitors. If you have a wider curved screen, this device will not fit properly.

I bought this for my son's school laptop. He used a regular overhead light, but it left glare and glare on the screen. This is a much better option. It fits right onto the laptop like a book light. It illuminates the screen without leaving any glare. It works really well and I love that I can change the color from cool white to warm white if I want.

I give this product 3 stars because 1: I only received the light bar and mouse pad. Not user manual, USB cable, suction cup or silicone pad. And 2: I have 3 different monitors and the light bar doesn't fit any of them so I glued a lego piece to the monitor so I can hang it. Otherwise, the light bar works perfectly and is bright.
