Very user friendly and easy to use, great support team too

I like that it offers multiple ways of calculating payouts for different levels within an organization as well being able t calculate comps across departments/companies (if you're working with other companies). It can be quite difficult at times when trying figure out how certain things work or what calculations are needed so if this isn't something your comfortable doing yourself then maybe look elsewhere!   • The simple interface/user interface which is easy to understand!
Cons
  • Doesn't cover all pay plans (not sure of the current ones it offers) & there's limited help available when things go wrong!!

Customized software used in my industry

I like that it's very customizable for different types of companies (ie., not all features are available). It can be difficult if you have multiple employees with similar titles/names - but this could also apply across any system! We're able solve our employee retention issues by using compxl as an HR tool instead of just relying upon paychecks alone; we were previously paying out too much money when people left without providing them their final paycheck or bonus amount owed which was causing…
