I like that it's very customizable for different types of companies (ie., not all features are available). It can be difficult if you have multiple employees with similar titles/names - but this could also apply across any system! We're able solve our employee retention issues by using compxl as an HR tool instead of just relying upon paychecks alone; we were previously paying out too much money when people left without providing them their final paycheck or bonus amount owed which was causing us some financial losses due to payroll errors resulting from human error during processing time periods etc.).
