You should consider this product as a fire hazard which can cause serious injury. The heat from the device caused the connecting plastic tubing to melt/dissolve and the heat from the motor was extremely intense even at low heat. I like the design of this product. The hose is the perfect length when fully extended. Other soft shell dryers have hoses that are too short for practical use and this is always the cause of product failure.
