🌡️ Accurate Home Brewing with Concord's 3" Stainless Steel Thermometer (2" Stem) Review

I used this for other purposes but it worked fantastic. I needed it to go through the top of the skimmer in the pool to tell me the temperature of the water. It is waterproof and very nicely finished. The transaction with the seller was also uncomplicated, thank you.

I bought this THEN read some really bad reviews about it. I just left it on the counter. I checked it a few days later and it reads exactly the same as my thermostat, so it can't be THAT inaccurate. I think it works pretty well

I was disappointed that the rear nut was not included with the thermometer and had to be ordered separately. That's why I give three stars for value for money. Otherwise I was satisfied with the product.

Wasn't packaged very well in a padded envelope but arrived surprisingly intact. I compared the thermometer to a digital thermometer and it seems accurate. Attaches to the kettle's cork with Teflon tape. I'll update this review after a few brews to see how it holds up.

I bought this because I needed a thermometer that I could mount on a cold smoke cabinet I was building. The temperature readings on it are perfect for my application I need for. although this thermometer is not designed for that. It looks great and is reasonably priced compared to the overpriced digital thermometers that were my other option. The length of the probe is perfect for mounting on the side of my cold smoker.
