I've read a few reviews of buttons that have been lost but the ones I got are very tight and have no play. It is very easy to install. Just turn the handle all the way left on everything and then just pull the handle and it comes out. Installing a new grip is as easy as sliding. There is a transparent ring around the handle that allows light to shine through at night.

You can see before and after photos. Huge upgrade to the factory twisty styling. If you have big hands, the shaft will be difficult to turn. The new style is fluted aluminum and they glow to give you the wrong look. I recommend replacing the (2) halogen lights in the AC with LED, white or blue to really upgrade it and make it cleaner with better dials.

I bought these grips for my 2015 Toyota Tacoma. Easy to install and the product is decently built for its value. There is a slight play between the dial settings (not sure if this can be seen in the photos provided). I really like that you can see the light behind the fairing when driving at night. It shines through the translucent part of the plastic in the handles. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Putting them back on was the easiest thing I've ever done, but it's also a problem because they're still very easy to remove. Arguing about attaching them with some sort of glue to hold them in place. Second, I like the look of the ring and locator channel - albeit a bit boring. And that despite the new lamps. To be honest it's such a small issue that it doesn't bother me. Excellent value for money and quality.

this was a fun update for little money. They look good and feel heavy when turning the knobs. They glow around the edges when the light is on. The downside is you can't see the arrow unless the dash lights are on, so I marked the ring with a marker to try that out now. I can go back and use white nail polish to put a dot on the outer ring where the arrow is so I can see where the dial is set when the lights are off. but other than that they are really good. My glow is like amber yellow
