I was looking for the perfect 50 bottle wine rack and was delighted to find this modern looking one at Revain. The first batch I received was defective - two of the hooks were bent preventing the shelf from fitting properly. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent me a replacement which was perfect! Not only does it look great and is very functional, it is also very easy to assemble. Highly recommended!

I was hoping that the other negative reviewers had only bad experiences, but apparently I am among them. The stand "seems" solid enough, but the problem is that nothing about it is square. Just trying to open the two sides was difficult due to sloppy work. Also, the top shelf was so individual that I couldn't even put it on a shelf. The wine rack was easy to install and initially we were happy with our purchase. A few months later we walk into the room where the wine rack is and find that one of the hooks holding the rack came loose from the welding and the four wine bottles we had on that rack ended up on the tiled floor have fallen. The wine rack is excellent for the price and took less than two minutes to install. Literally open the sides, lower the shelves and add the top two rows. This is a simple metal construction. Assembly is very easy and doesn't take long. The wine rack itself looks beautiful and does what it is supposed to do. My problem is bad design. One of the side pins holding one of the stands is bent. One of the metal rods that was supposed to be holding the wine bottle broke. You can tell the item was welded quickly and had to travel hard from the country it was made and shipped from.
