Excellent grease retention. good size Stainless steel makes cleaning easier and also looks elegant and clean. The filter is useful. Highly recommended.

What I like about this product is that it is easy to clean and what I didn't like is that I washed it before pouring oil and let it dry I can see that there are traces of rust inside.

This filter canister is ideal for filtering oil that you have only used once and don't want to throw away; particularly expensive peanut butter. It's a lot easier than using cheesecloth and a bowl. A very handy gadget in the kitchen.

It's useful to have a drip tray with a filter. This is very convenient as it is made of steel and I can pour hot oil directly into it. The stainless steel is of decent quality and the handles could be rounder and smoother, but other than that it's a good buy.

1.25 liter grease bottle is more than adequate except for the strainer which should be firmer; very small particles (about the size of a grain of salt) pass through it. Revain sells much denser filters which you may want to invest in. I have a 1 liter air fryer and the fat container is perfect.
