Big bag. It's larger than other double bags I've used in the past. The quality of this bag is excellent. I'm a big guy and this bag will stand up to torture.

Husband bought for a gym in the basement and is very satisfied. It comes with two bungee cords and the only thing he said was that he wished it came with bungee cords. The bag is slightly smaller than a soccer ball, durable and well made.

Inflated and secured with Power Tower straps. I've been punching it for a few weeks now and everything is holding up great. Buy training gloves to protect your knuckles.

Great while it lasted. Didn't hit that hard. The first thing that broke was the strap. Ok, I ordered another strap. Then I noticed that the strap attached to the ball was worn, both top and bottom. Of course I noticed it behind the return window. Cheaply made, save your money.

The bag is well made and a lot of fun. But don't forget to buy yourself a pair of boxing gloves, because you'll quickly peel the skin off your knuckles if you keep punching with your bare hands. With practice, you'll soon be able to swing your goad while developing your hand-eye coordination. This is a great purchase!

I had a similar bag that I bought years ago that was made in India like this one but it wasn't of good quality and lasted over 20 years with a lot of use! I expect this bag to last the rest of my life! very happy with it! If you're looking for a double sided bag, you can't beat this bag!
