Good product. - Belts, hoses and pulleys

Works great. Better than a Subaru branded part for my Sabaru Forester. Easy to install and reliable item. High quality bearings.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

very good replacement part

very good aftermarket replacement for the price. So far there are no problems with noise and freezing. I will buy it again for the next required service.

Pros
  • excellent design
Cons
  • negative impression

Great tensioner for the price

I installed this on my 2005 STi which had an annoying noise from the AC belt tensioner. This one is heavier than the stock (which is plastic). So far, so good.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Has flaws

Excellent quality - replacement parts

In my opinion the quality of this pulley is better than the OEM. Works well with the Subaru Forester 2000 AC belt. Still runs well, no squeaks or squeaks after 5,000 miles.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not the best

My 2005 Subaru Baja had a loud squeak when cornering.

My 2005 Subaru Baja squeaked loudly when the air conditioning was turned on. I changed the belts, the problem was not solved. After replacing the pulley the problem went away. Received the item quickly via Prime.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Obsolete Model

5 stars because it looks better than the original and works well.

Installed on Saabaru Aero 2.0 2005. Easy installation was stronger than Subaru stock plastic pulley and smoother. I changed the straps to Gator V as we will do. There was some noise before installation, not with the new mechanism. If anything changes, we will let you know. Hence 5 stars for something that seems better than the standard. I have driven 5000km since installation and everything is fine.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Quality part in parts

This part is a slightly different design to the OEM but fits well and as mentioned feels heavier due to the materials used. The letters on the bearing are NTN Canada. (NTN appears on many other stock/OEM Subaru components.) After about 3 months/2000 miles on a 2002 Forester, no problems. The original pulley was used as preventive maintenance when replacing the head gaskets approximately 127,000 miles.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly dented
