This is a replacement cover, not a pillow. That is what I needed. I bought the contour pillow again and it fits my knee well as I sleep on my side. I needed an extra cover because I don't put the cover in the dryer after washing. I let it air dry.

Perfect for sleeping between thighs/knees. The soft shell quickly begins to bind into small balls of fabric. So that doesn't happen, I immediately put on a nylon stocking leg and tuck the end in.

I was very happy to find this replacement pillowcase as the zipper on the original pillowcase broke. Repeated washing will cause it to curl up as I have the same cover on another. The only downside is that the cost of a pillowcase is almost the same as buying a pillow with a cover.
