Comes in a nice outer box. The bottle itself is beautiful. This is a dispenser bottle. I think the product seems quite runny which makes it runny. I wear a complete eye make-up with eyeshadow, mascara and eyeliner. It didn't remove all of my mascara. To me, $24 (at the time of this review) is a lot for something ONLY for eye makeup removal. I really love control corrections. This eye makeup remover is amazing. I have sensitive skin and eyes. But I have no issues with this product and I like the feel after using it. I highly recommend it!

This eye make up remover comes in a dispenser bottle so I thought it was a cream or gel but it looks like water. What a strange way to package a watery product. I pumped some onto a cotton swab and tried to remove my eye makeup, which consisted of washable mascara and eyeliner, but little came off.
