Works well.: Wrench

I bought after my Delco AC unit's digital reader broke while turning a bolt. Mulwark works fine, but I'm not sure if his air sensor is accurate or not. For me it's not that important. The required torque values are important for my use. As a DYI user, I very rarely use torque sensors.

Works, but can easily over-rev.

Ideal for calibration. However, as a standalone device it takes a lot of getting used to, once you get the setting you want it still exceeds the torque of the item being bolted. Personally I still prefer my clicker style torque wrenches but will use them to keep them calibrated. It is also inconvenient to use in hard-to-reach places, especially if you have another tool at the same time.

Generally a good article. Precise.

Overall I like this product. I could care less about the tire pressure feature, but apparently a marketing guru thought someone might like the feature. What excites me is the easy-to-read display, the easy-to-use device and the accuracy. How did he do? Accuracy. This has been correct on some other recently calibrated electronic torque wrenches I have. Easy to read display. Torque values are easy to read. Unfortunately, the blocks are difficult to read. One star deducted for that. Easy to use. I

For calibrating a torque wrench

I've wanted to use a digital torque meter to calibrate my clip-on torque wrenches for a long time. I also wanted to use it with a broken rod when tightening my F-350 lug nuts which have a 150 ft.lb torque spec. My half-inch torque wrench maxes out at this reading and you never want to go down. or the high-end of a torque wrench. This torque transducer is rated for 250 ft-lbs! This digital Mulwark torque transducer comes in a very nice, sturdy and small molded case. I appreciate the included…

Ideal for checking torque wrenches

I have several torque wrenches from different manufacturers. My "go to" is the 1/2" Craftsman Click style, which I've been using for probably 20 years. I was expecting it to be more accurate than my Harbor Freight 3/8" drive for torque figures that overlap between the two (each has their own range). Surprise surprise. The HF was absolutely accurate, while the Craftsman consistently read about 10% of the light. I have both together with a 1/2" Craftsman beam drive at 30 ,40 and 50lb tested to…

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

I already have several torque wrenches, both mechanical snap-on, mechanical skip and electronic with built-in pressure gauge. I mostly don't use regular keys :). Why do I need another torque wrench adapter? Because I do :). I mainly plan to use it to check and calibrate my mechanics. Also, it's the only tool that can handle up to 250 ft lbs of torque, none of the others I have can do that so I can pair it with my wrench for HEAVY POWER DURGE if needed. .First impressions. This digital Mulwark…
