Went to go use this bag for the first time and zip it up, the zipper came off track immediately. I love the room this person has in the pattern, not only at the zipper would cooperate. It would be really nice.

I love this bag! Bigger than what I thought and a lot heftier than what I had imagined. It works awesome for everything. Lots of pockets to fit everything and the material is nice as well! If you’re thinking about it, get it!

This is a lovely small/medium, but on the smaller side, backpack. I love that it has so many pockets so I can stay organized and don’t have to dig through a sea of stuff at the bottom of my purse for ten minutes before I find what I’m looking for, which would be great for traveling. Took this to Italy for a week and it was large enough to hold everything for my day trips. It was comfortable on my back AND looked good at the same time. Functionality and affordable to boot.

This bag is really nice. I was going to give it to one of my favorite people but now I have to buy another one in a different color for her because the purple one is so pretty I’m keeping it.

Color of the bag is not exactly as it looks online. Not white but more of a cream color. Adjustable straps are a rust color and do not match well with the faux leather color. Seems like a decent bag to use, just disappointed in the colors.

This bag works for me. Lots of pockets so I can store different needs in different places. I think the back pocket "for your phone” seems inconvenient but I do store ID and extra cash so that it is against my body for safety.A little heavy if I add my computer and a book.I like it for everyday and travel. I took away one star because of a bad smell on the inside of the bag that fortunately i was about to get rid of with some persistence! I can’t speak to the durability just yet because i have yet to use it as i was finally able to get rid of the smell 2 weeks later. I really love the bag so it was worth it to me.
