Make sure you know how this stove connects to your gas supply

I just cut a hole in my chopping board to put it in and found I have no idea how connected to the propane OR gas supply . I didn't expect that, now I have to think about how to solve the problem.

Not exactly for a DIY project

Didn't have any helpful installation instructions. It said it would require a qualified technician for the installation, which I did, but he was still looking for instructions. Instructions for use and care were available. Very happy with the product.

Holding the joystick for a short time is quickly learned.

Direct Gas Connection with Regulator Included. The European safe design, with thermocouples to ignite the burners, is a nice feature to prevent unwanted gases from entering the kitchen air. Holding the joystick for a short time is quickly learned.

The device is not working and there is no way to get technical support.

There are problems with the device. There are no detailed instructions in the manual. The manual does not contain any information about the manufacturer or who to contact for technical support. This turned out to be a very disappointing purchase and I will probably never consider this supplier again unless they fix this!

Great oven, great customer service!

It arrived earlier than expected, fitted right into the slot I already had in the counter and was quite easy to install once I realized I had to remove the extra gas jets that came with the kit were delivered. The company was also very quick to respond to my questions and concerns and quickly replaced the part I accidentally damaged during installation. Thanks very much!

There was no adapter in the kit and a connection to the gas line was not possible.

The description of this item states two different connectors. Looking at similar items, it looks like it should have come with a socket adapter. This adapter was not included and I cannot connect to my gas line. I can't find a replacement adapter so I'll probably buy a different stove.
