Nothing to like yet. Good, well-made "retro" style bread box. We really needed something like this and now we have it. I've rubbed the candle up and down a few times and it works like a champ. We are very satisfied with your product!

Love it so much: bamboo look and quality. Looks great. The action of opening the bread box. Requires two hands. Horizontal bars rise unevenly. I would say no if you want that kind of bread box. I cut open my door. Or just use it for something else. Not what I wanted or expected.

I'm really impressed with this bread bin. It did cost a little more than I wanted to spend, but it's worth it. It's sturdy, has a cute design, and I love that roll-up bamboo upper. Mine had no trouble opening and closing but the track was waxed anyway as they were kind enough to provide a candle. Will definitely fit in the box.

Wow, I'm pleasantly surprised, the bread bin is much larger than expected, made from high quality wood and the etched pattern on the top is gorgeous. This is almost a luxury item, it's so well made! I have already put some bread products in it. Also the lid seems ok so far, not 100% smooth but I don't think it could be, not with the way it's rounded and should slide like an accordion - just gently pull on the handle to open or close it. This is a really nice looking box at a great price! Plenty of room for thicker/rounder artisanal loaves - we can fit two loaves - but probably only a long loaf the size of Miracle Bread will fit. We have room for two artisan loaves and a couple of bagels. Excellent! Here are two modifications I've made and suggest others consider, but they don't affect the product. I received it today and it's very nice but I have to return it because it's coming apart on one side and you can see the fabric through the gaps in the wood on the front. The seller was great! All my questions were answered very quickly and the return policy was clearly stated. Arrived very quickly. It is beautiful (see attached photos) and not too small and not too big. Arrived fully assembled. I want to do this bread box justice. It's easy on the eye, feels firm and seals well. BUT. In certain circumstances (e.g. if you have bread in a box and the wood gets a little damp from the bread) the sliding door is difficult to open. It opens, but only if you use both hands - one hand holds the handle to open the door, while the other hand has to hold the bread bin against the tabletop. It may seem insignificant, but quite often I try to open a bread box while holding something with one hand.
