Nickel plating requires no lapping

If heat transfer is important to you. You'll appreciate the perfect mirror finish of the thermal sync. The radiator does not need to be sanded. This saves about an hour of your time.

Pros
  • Always liked
Cons
  • Something's wrong

Works good good for heatsink

I have installed about 3 of these units on Intel I7 mid tower computers that have been upgraded to "gaming" computers where Intel's cooling solution is not cooling the CPU holding enough forces it to throttle back. The temperature results showed that the CPU core temperature dropped from 160-165 degrees Fahrenheit during gaming to 120-125 degrees Fahrenheit with sustained full CPU load. When idling, the CPU temperature was around 83 degrees Fahrenheit. I've used cooling solutions that cost…

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Not bad

Mandatory heatsink upgrade

If you have a Zen2 processor, for the price this cooler is a must have. I didn't realize how noisy my system is with the stock 3600 cooler until I installed it and now my system is almost inaudible. The temperature has dropped by 10 degrees. Despite what people say about editing, it's very easy if you take your time. The fins are very fragile, so be careful. When attaching the cooler to the stands, the bottom connectors may begin to rotate, so be careful not to over-tighten.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Cools my CPU well for heatsink

I have used this cooler with a Ryzen 5 3600 and it works well for my purposes. I seem to stay around 60C for the CPU under heavy load and long gaming sessions, which is great. The mounting bracket fits the B550 board well, but attaching the compression screws can be a little tricky (maybe because I used this cooler in my first build). Overall I am happy with this cooler.

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

That's cool. Also coil

I have no real PC knowledge. All I know is Cooler Master is a reputable brand, it fits my Intel processor, comes with all mounting hardware and thermal paste and does the job perfectly. This is a naked fan of ruffles and I couldn't be happier.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Requires m3 racks for LGA 1366 server motherboards

I've tried 4 different CPU coolers but only this one fits my x8dth-if LGA 1366 server motherboard My motherboard doesn't have a removable backplate, so Most coolers don't fit the proprietary screw holes. This cooler required the additional purchase of some racks to work, but I knew that. I just bought a set of m3 racks and it fits perfectly. The cooler is very quiet and perfect for my needs. 5/5, can't wait for them to include racks for my jank builds :)

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • No automatic

Excellent cooler, normal instructions, schematic fan mount

Black version bought and installed. Pros: Great value for the money. This is definitely the best cooler in terms of value for money. Cons: 1. The instructions give you an overview of how to install, but they fall short enough to make you scratch your head a few times. I had to reach out to the creators of YouTube to fill in some blanks.2. The spring wire fan terminals are not very tight. They're meant to snap into grooves cut into the ribs, but the grooves are very shallow, so minimal fan or…

  • Don't waste your time

Clear results almost immediately

I used to have ThermalTake utx100 on utx10Take my CPU, and even when running lower quality games, my temperatures reached a crisp 95C and idle 40-45C. After switching to this fan, the same games allowed me to run at a cool 65C and to idle between 25- 35C. The highest temperature at which it works is 75 Β° C. Connecting it to your motherboard and processor is very simple. Just make sure you know what's compatible with your board.

Pros
  • DIRECT COOLING WITH FAN BLADES - Primary heat exchanger has 4 built-in copper heatpipes (Ø6mm) in a flat array and additional aluminum fins with side grooves on the plate to further increase thermal conductivity
Cons
  • Minor things

Pros
  • SF120R RGB FAN - Syncs with existing motherboard architecture or can be assigned manually via controller (included) Can be easily configured into a dual push-pull system with additional fan (not included )
Cons
  • Cable shorter than other options
