Gem is beautiful, chain was full of kinks tho.

This was a gift for my niece.The stone was much larger than I expected so that was nice. It was very pretty!The reason I cannot give 5 stars is because of packaging. Yes the box was sealed but the necklace and chain were just thrown in there. The chain was not on the gem, which was fine BUT the chain was bunched up and had many kinks in it. It took a long time to fix it and still I couldn't get all of them out.For the money I paid, I thought the chain could have been protected better. I have…

The wire wrap on the one I received didn't look much like a tree. The trunk branches and roots were all over. Though pretty not much like a tree.

Chain and packaging

The stone itself is gorgeous, love it. I will need to buy a longer and better chain for it. The packaging was simple and I wanted to gift it but there was no cotton or necklace holder in the box.

Everything about this is great besides the coloring. It's painted on and comes off very easily. Wore it for a day so far and half the paint on the stone has come off.

Great crystal, needs a better quality chain

The stone does not have the color depth and beauty like the one in the picture, but it is still a nice stone. If you have a sensitivity to metals you may want to swap out the chain. Overall it was as described. It also comes in a nice box.

It is very nice. My daughter will like it.I expected the stone to be more smooth but that did not detract from it's appearance. The chain was all tangled the inside of the box didn't have anything to prevent it. it took awhile to fix it. The box was nice but I was glad I opened it before giving as gift.
