Very nice extension cord but I received it with a short cord. I should have held it a certain way for it to work, but now it doesn't. I would like a replacement so I can better evaluate this product.

Excellent 3 outlet power strip

I was looking for a 3 outlet power strip that attaches to a stainless steel kitchen counter and plugs into an outlet to use low power appliances. Cords like my blender, instant pot, etc. I didn't want a regular extension cord with two plugs on one end and one on the other so I could plug it in, and extension cords are usually cheap or expensive. DO NOT buy this. Unreliable

Update: Seriously don't use these unless you want your phone to die overnight or something to stop working when you use it. I stupidly bought three in advance so I tried another cable to give it another chance in case I received a defective one. No, this one is dead too. Disappointed. After three months, my power strip stopped working and occasionally randomly rebooted. I woke up late for work because my phone was dead with the alarm on! VERY VERY HARD!

This braided cable looks the same as regular charging cables on the product images. However, in real life it is very thick - about 3/8 inch in diameter! (see photo) I am in an apartment without built-in ceiling lights. So *apart* from carpeting (an insanely annoying design challenge in itself), I also have to deal with lighting rooms exclusively with lamps.
