Great colors, great idea, poor quality control, customer service

I received this keyboard to set up as a new gaming keyboard, for the price I assumed it was a mechanical keyboard but it is NOT. I was ok to try it and tested it for a week, some keys were crisp, others were soft. And I could not connect this device to the iCUE software. I contacted Corsair about my two issues: softkeys and no software detection. They completely ignored my softkey issue and told me it was the equivalent of turning it off and on again due to a software issue. to ergonomic mice.

Bad Mouse, Good Keyboard

Mouse turns off every 10 minutes when less than 60cm from USB, rendering it unusable. The keyboard has NO individual key backlight, there are different color profiles to choose from. Edit: After a month it's not possible to use it wirelessly.

Mouse keeps losing connection

Works well and looks good, but the mouse will not connect after a few days. I have to plug it in regularly for my computer to recognize it.

love it Gaming Keyboards

I have my first computer and this keyboard and mouse combo is just awesome. You can program all LEDs in the icue software and set up to 5 different mouse speeds. My only complaint is that the on-the-fly mouse speed button is in a position where most people will always press it.
