shit, they are made of hard plastic and at more than 130° they bend in the middle, only a little moisture remains on the outer edge.

I just used this tray to make a dried fruit bun for the first time - and warped the tray? I set it to 165F for an hour and then 105F for six hours. How that leaves me with a deformed tray I'll never know. I'm disappointed!

Bought 4 and tried dehydrating with bone broth. It's in the dehydrator now and they skewered most of my broth and dumped it on the bottom of the dehydrator and then dumped it on my bottom. Now I'm looking for metal bowls. Avoid if you have light fluids for dehydration.

Ideal for use in the Cosori food dryer. Excellent quality, easy to clean. They color some foods, like tomato sauce, but don't seem to transfer the flavor to the next foods you're dehydrating. I'm just disappointed in the price. 25.00 for 2 is not a good value.

I've found the hard-bottomed dehydrator pan works best for fruit peels, eggs, and other more liquid foods. The trays have decent capacity, but they don't hold their shape, resulting in a lot of overflow and little practical use. Too cheap to send back but I definitely won't be buying them again.

I have a Gourmia dehydrator and was looking for something for fruit leather with scalloped edges. I was surprised that this is the same item that came with the machine as the drip tray. The tray is a bit thick so it takes a lot longer to dry and you need to lightly drizzle with oil to keep it from sticking. I would prefer something thinner but it works.

I like the new Cosori I got but due to a mesh design flaw they weren't designed to stretch out to the full width of the screen. Tray so that there is a nice 3/4 inch gap on all edges of the tray. And for those of us who dry a lot, it's a waste of space. Instead, I recommend people buy large 14x14 sheets and trim them to size. Also, they're cheaper to buy on the Cosori website than they are here at Revain.

I ordered extra bowls so I can make more fruit bowls. You need to put parchment paper on top to make a fruit bowl. The machine came with only two compartments. These are exactly the same ones that come with the machine. They are very smooth and easy to clean. I am very careful not to scratch the trays when cleaning. My guess is that scratches make them harder to clean and also more likely to stick to food. I looked for a replacement or another brand but couldn't find one with the right sizes…
