Big on women's fashion, small on men's. And men's S/M's were shorter which was better for me as I might not have to hem them. The tall women are longer. I prefer drawstring pants without elastic because I just don't like stretch. Cotton is soft and I love natural fibers. Just glad. I found this brand

I am a woman and I wear medium sized women's clothing. I bought them in small/medium and they fit great. I wish there was an elastic waist instead of a tie, but that's fine. Please make some fun/colorful prints for women.

My father is very, very allergic to latex. Many products labeled "latex-free" are actually not latex-free. All products of this brand are 100% reliable marking.

Loose and comfortable for my husband. Check out my other reviews of Cottonique products. I've worn this company's bras and panties for years - nobody makes latex-free cotton underwear anymore. Now I buy from them for my husband as he needs a free belt.

UPDATED: These pants no longer fit well after a few washes and tumble dry. I washed them on a gentle cycle and dried them on a very low heat, but they have shrunk about 8 inches in length. I was looking for pants with no waistband and these were one of the few I could find. The price is a bit high but you get what you pay for. I ordered a medium and they fit well, just a bit long. I'm 5'11", weigh 175 pounds and usually wear 32x32 pants.
