We already have one of these visors for our SUV and thought they would be good enough to get another one for our truck. They're very durable - our kids often step on them when they play in the car - and they really help reflect sunlight and heat. Make sure you choose the one that works best for your car so you don't have an empty spot for the sun to get in.

I bought this for my 2015 Toyota Tacoma and it fits like a glove. I have 3 cars and we ONLY use covers for our umbrellas. High-quality materials and a precise cut protect very well from the sun. It's much cooler in my car with their umbrellas. You can grab the wheel after your car has been in triple digit weather for several hours. I put a sticker on the front. Why not? :)

I have a 2015 Toyota Tacoma, I spent almost $60 on a sun visor and was hoping it would custom fit. The umbrella is heavy and feels high quality. However, despite the HUGE mirror hole, it was difficult to get in and out of. Then very large gap dimensions, which let light through, disturb the "fit". It's too expensive because it's not the right size.

Excellent fit which was my top priority. Covers the entire windshield, you can safely take a nap in direct sunlight! You need to fold it properly or little corner wings will stick out. With the passenger it's difficult to maneuver and needs storage space, it doesn't squeeze that thin between the console and the seat. But it works great for the purpose and should last a long time as long as no one is sitting on it.

2016 Tacoma-2 Big Problems-1. It doesn't fit properly on the windshield (shouldn't that be a custom order?) - There is a 2" gap on one side and the mirror cutout is too big, it could fit a lot better. 2. There are holes in the fold lines where they are threaded and I can see a bit of sunlight breaking through them. Ineffective IMO. $60 for a custom shade that still has the sunlight showing through lol. - It's 3/4 of the way to the product finish line = FAIL.

I will be the first to admit that this is not a cheap sun visor. However, as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. This sun visor is not the flimsy stuff you see at your local auto parts store or department store. It's pretty thick. I was having trouble finding Covercraft UVS100 in stock for my 2017 Tacoma. After reading some reviews I settled on the UV10930SV which should only be for 2005-2015. I can 100% confirm this is perfect for my 2017. Additionally, the 3rd Gen model has a large cutout around the mirror, which many 3rd Gen owners have complained about letting in too much sun. this UV10930SV does not have this cutout. I have bought these Covercraft skid plates for the last 6 cars I have owned. The price has gone up since I last bought them 3 years ago. But the only visors I know of fit almost like a glove, look good, and are strong enough to withstand varying temperatures (NV, AZ, CO, and PA) and child abuse. I have been thinking about buying this product for many years. I live in South Texas where the average summer temperature is 104. My truck is a 2007 Tacoma and I want it to be a classic.
