Malfunction. The mechanism does not work

Defect. Bought several of these. None of them let the substrate rise. Twist the mechanism and the pencil should rise. Cannot be used.

I love the blue color but the "lead " is soft and breaks easily.

I decided to try because I just can't get the ones that need sharpening to sharpen without breaking. This is a good point, but the "leash" is soft and breaks easily. i like the color

Lots of glitches. on mascara

This is a good product, better than anything I've seen in 30-40 years, but over the last few years I've found that the eyeliner breaks at the slightest pressure. I'm paying close attention now, but I'm willing to bet the liner itself isn't more than an inch longer, if that. My local store sells this item for about $5.50 each, so I went ahead and ordered them for less than $5.00 each. I think it would be wiser to complain to the cover girl.

Good color even.

Only use these eyeliners. The only bad thing is that it breaks if you press hard! We even tried to cool it down. Didn't work but still my favorite.
