This is my first wheel. The experienced Potter did a great job trying to teach me. She said it was smooth and worked well.

I use this potter's wheel a lot and it still works. It has all the features you need and a few extra tools to get you started. It's more than expected, but it's good.

The wheel wasn't spinning when I first set it up. I found the power connection to the watch face was off, plugged it in and it worked. I will send it back anyway, bad assembly!

This is a great wheel! This is my first time shooting. I skipped the pottery class and finally had enough money to spend on this product. It was worth it! It's small enough to use in my dining room as I don't have a carpentry/pottery workshop. Tools were included! My husband and I had a lot of fun getting dirty and sculpting ugly pottery 😂. I look forward to learning more about it. Very easy to use. If you are older and have a bad back, I recommend having someone help you move.

So far so good, I've only had this wheel for a few days so I'll update my review if anything changes. We only bought it as a trimmer to keep production going when our old Skutt blew a fuse. As described it is quite small and works best on a table. It would be absolutely perfect for teaching kids to throw which is what we plan to do in the future. Very quiet, that's nice! It has some exhaust smells, possibly of new color but should go away over time. Haven't tried throwing yet, but the handles…
