This product is hazardous. It's a shame to buy a cheap jack. Shame on Revain for selling a dangerous product. The jack tipped over, dropping a small 2005 Nissan Sentra right onto its nose and rotor when I pulled on the front wheel. Could have hurt me and should have done more damage to the car than it did. This is a decent jack, affordable and easy to use. However, the design is "loose" and this block should not be used as a primary means of support, especially when under the car. Only use it on a hard, flat surface and keep an eye on it during use. Since the brackets in the base have a lot of play, the jack can tip over and slide out from under the car. The original jack worked very similarly but this one has a ratchet which makes jacking up the car much easier.
