This was just what I needed to add a stereo system to a 2001 Dodge Neon ES. It was worth every penny as it made installation quick and easy. The wires were long enough and all the ends were already stripped which made it very easy.

Very simple and simplistic design for wiring harness but doesn't work with my city and country 99, my radio turns on but doesn't play at all. Buy speakers and connect them directly to the deck. I will come back in a month to get my $6 back.

Installed on my 1999 Jeep Cherokee. uses a multimedia stereo system Boss 616UAB. I didn't use orange (dimmer) on this stereo, however black is a separate ground wire, not on the wiring harness, you need to connect them with a spade terminal or etc. I also used a blue ant wire to power my amp. Hope the pictures help.

It was easy to install although I had to swap out the speaker wires to match my D350. Also, my truck was only wired for 2 speakers and found out that it would actually be all the wiring for 4 speakers. I had to remove the factory installed jumper that changed the radio from 4 to 2 speakers. Once I did that I had a straight install, no hassles.

This was a great adapter kit for wiring my new car stereo! The jack plugs fit my 1997 Voyager Van well, and the butt connectors allowed me to quickly and easily connect them to my stereo's wiring. The instructions were very good, but you don't need them if you understand that the colors of the wiring are standardized. I used this to replace the factory stereo on my 1997 Jeep Cherokee Sport with a new head unit. The connectors match my factory wiring harness perfectly and each wire is labeled. I kept looking for ground, only to later discover that the factory ground in my Jeep is a 1/4" quick connect crimp terminal, so I connected a new stereo ground wire with a 1/4" (blue) quick connect plug.
