I gave 2 stars because the weight of the template is very good but you can only use it as a whole. I ordered it as an apron. You can't use it as a continuous piece, there are no lined edges.

I used this template to make craft bags for my son's 1st birthday gift bags. I used washable markers in different shades of brown to color the stencil. It hurt, but it was worth it. You looked amazing. I tried painting with spray paint but it didn't work out so well. I have 2 templates so everyone can greet me.

I redid the floor in my house and also ripped out the rough carpet from the stairs to the basement. I wanted to try and paint the stairs to match the floor. I didn't use the entire template, just parts to try and match it to the vinyl plank. It definitely gave the stairs a nice wood grain look and nobody noticed that I painted them and they don't really match the vinyl.

This template is AWESOME! It was perfect for my project. I decided to repaint my toddler's garden table and wanted the table top and benches to look like wood. This stencil made it look like a real tree! I used two different brown colors. The bottom layer was a lighter color and a darker color was used for the stencil. It came out perfect! I particularly like the "wood knots" in the design.

I make postcards and scrapbook pages but haven't used a lot of stencils yet. I chose this stencil because I have a hard time finding earthy forest photo paper. I sponged up various emergency inks to create a delightful full page scrapbook with beautiful wood detailing. I tried using a glitter spray but the spray ran a bit so the results weren't that great. I think I need practice because the stencil seems to be of good quality.
