    Fan failure for lighting and ceiling fan

    We bought this fan about a month ago, but only recently installed it. At first the fan didn't work at all. Then it only worked at level 6. Then it didn't work at all. I am working with the seller to resolve this issue. I don't know if I need a brand new device or if the remote control is a broken part. Overall this is quite disappointing for such a beautiful and expensive fan. I will update this review once I fully resolve this issue.

    I love the look of this fan and it works very well.

    I really like the look of this fan and it works very quietly. The installation was a bit fiddly. We don't really need a ceiling fan, but the one in our house was ugly so we replaced it with this one. The biggest reason for one star is that after only a year (and little to no use) I was able to turn it on for about an hour and then couldn't turn it off. I even removed the switch from the wall and turned off the power, turned the switch back on and the fan came alive and spinning at full speed…

    Looks good. It works. The fan doesn't seem to spin as fast as I expected based on the stats. Looks the same as the slower fan I just bought. Well balanced. Comes with a remote control (requires installation of a switch to operate). Complicated installation. The fan blades have a total of 6 holes (2 each) for screws.     Terrible trailer! for ceiling fans

    Terrible fan! We bought it from a handyman last year and installed it. The first set of fans (2) clicks loudly at all speeds, the clicks get louder and faster at higher speeds. Several months of attempts to balance and tighten without success. I called the company and spoke to Audi and he was completely shocked that this happened on two devices. He kindly sent us 2 new fans without blades. We reinstalled them and I'm not kidding. both new fans are literally clicking/rattling and doing the exact

    Beautiful modern fan

    Directly from the manufacturer. Arrived on time. Came with 60" mahogany blades! Be sure to specify what blade size you need. Luckily I have a spot. The price with the blades was great! The fan is very good. As easy to hook up as any ceiling fan.     Avoid Craftmade Sonnet DC 52 " and 60 " Ceiling Fans

    Update: I received a full refund on both fans, but the amount of money we spent installing, reinstalling and balancing the fans was was a complete loss. We'll be in Phoenix all summer, so we use at least one ceiling fan in every room, indoors and out.
