    The brushes are a bit loose.

    I'm a bit disappointed with the brushes as they flake a bit. It's not bad, but it's still frustrating when you're trying to draw a detail and loose hair ruins everything. I had high hopes for them because they were highly recommended by a YouTube artist I follow. But maybe I would find the same with natural protein. The rest of the brushes are fine.

    Large brush set for drawing, painting and art supplies

    A wonderful brush set at a great price. As a colorist, not an artist, I usually use the Zig Detailer water brush, which is a good brush, but I've been amazed at how much more precise I can use these brushes in my adult coloring books. I was positively surprised. I bought a Mei Ling watercolor kit and went downtown to mix colors and found that these brushes could hold a lot of water and pigment without leaving a messy mess. The bristles hold well, do not crumble and do not lose their shape.

    These brushes are always in my artist's tool box!

    I draw every day. LOL I have all kinds of brushes. I like them because you can work with them. They hold a lot of color and their shape. You should not leave them in the water or your bristles will become too soft. I can rub the canvas with it and I love it. This is one of my favorite brushes. Wash them right, don't leave them in the water, and they will last you a long time! By the way great price. These brushes sell a little more expensive if you buy them individually at art stores.

    I wanted to try them after seeing artist reviews online. Excellent brushes for sketches and full-fledged illustrations. They have a good click and contain a decent amount of water and pigment. I love thin tips on different sized rounds. This is a good all round set that gives you the basics for a variety of strokes and the flat brush comes in handy for small strokes.     Decent brushes for the money!

    I decided on these brushes because I've wanted to experiment with oil painting for a long time. As a watercolourist I'm not familiar with oil brushes but I was very happy with these brushes. They worked well with oil paints and allowed me to use different brush techniques with ease.     Great set of smaller brushes

    After only five months of watercolor painting I have bought several brushes ranging from super high end to cheap. And this set is a wonderful starter pack for everyone. They actually held up remarkably well, much better than some of the more expensive brushes I've tried. So much variety in this set, especially in the smaller size range.     Versatile brushes ideal for watercolor painting

    These are some of the best synthetic watercolor brushes I have ever bought. They hold significantly more water than my other synthetic brushes while still retaining their sharpness. The size 6 and 8 brushes can create solid strokes as well as fine details thanks to the precise tip. Instead of using multiple brushes to illustrate, I can now rely on one brush when needed.
