I recommend these whitestrips for two reasons: they stay on the teeth, do not slip and do not hurt the gums. They whitened my teeth very well!

Whitens the teeth a little, but it is a very painful process. I used it for about a week and had such a bad sensitivity reaction that I couldn't go on. I woke up at night with such discomfort. I will no longer use it.

I only did 3 sets and had to stop. My teeth have become very sensitive and I have to use toothpaste for sensitive teeth several times a day. I miss the old Crest stripes.
