Any movement and you'll lose power

I just installed this today to replace cheap fans in a rack case I recently installed. I have (2) Noctua fans connected to this wiring harness and while it's running and I plan on leaving it stationary it loses power unless you breathe properly on this thing. It's cheap and not very well built. but it works if you put it in an environment you don't interact with regularly.

Pros
  • Internal components
Cons
  • Almost everything is there

It keeps the GPU super cool

I have a 3080 Mining isn't my cup of tea but $10 a day if I'm not using my computer fairly properly I'm about $400. I'm trying to see if I can return the original price of the card I paid for ($850) and at this price it might be possible. so mining. Not worth it unless you run a farm or make at least $5-10 a day imho. To reduce wear and tear on the card, it's not strong enough (which is recommended for mining anyway) and I have a large aluminum heatsink on the back of my STRIX. The back comes…

Ideal for cooling gaming systems in an entertainment center!

I used it to attach two old 80mm computer case fans to the back of my entertainment center to keep heat away from my PS4. It works fantastic! It is powered by the PS4's USB port and only works when it's powered on. I can even leave the PS4 idle so I can use the Remote Play app and not worry about overheating. I'm about to get another one for the other side of my Xbox One Entertainment Center.

Pros
  • Fans and Cooling
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other options

Ok no open wires would be better

Good product. While I know few people use it outside of a computer case, I wish it didn't have exposed wires, but it's a good one nonetheless.

Works great in computer components

I am using this to power two PC case fans from a single USB port. One is installed on the laptop to keep it cool while the other is used to cool a pair of bare hard drives mounted in an external docking station. With the increased tension from this cable, both run at good speeds and provide good airflow. I have no idea why noise or heat is a rating factor for a cable, but it's definitely value for money.
