I like that it has so many different features to make your workflow easier! You can track everything from weather, crops & pests all within one system- which makes life much simpler for me in my field work business (and saves time as well!). The customer support team are amazing too - they really care about their customers success with this software package!! Nothing at present but would love if more advanced reports were available online rather than only being able get them through emailing or
