Great experience with CrowdD, instant response times

The integration of our website into crowdd was seamless! We have been able to get tons of feedback from users that are not even registered members yet because they see us as one stop shop for customer service/feedback requests etc. They can submit issues through the app and we respond immediately via email (or SMS if preferred). I'm looking forward to more features being added in future releases so this will continue to improve over time. 1) Customer support2) User interface3) Integration4)…

Better than other customer experience platforms

I like how quick it was for me to get set up and begin using it.The platform seems to have a lot of potential. It's not easy to use at first but once you get used to it, it makes your life easier. The platform is still in its beta stage so there are some bugs that could be fixed. I haven't found anything yet that I don't like about this website. There is nothing I dislike specifically. This website has helped my company in many ways.It helps us keep our current customers engaged and also allows
