I like that we can see what our advocates are doing and how they are doing it. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. I like that you can get insights into your social media posts in real time which is helpful for tracking results of our campaigns on Facebook as well as Twitter. We are also able to reach out directly to people who have posted about us instead of trying to engage them through direct messages or comments. I like that this app is intuitive! It provides me all of my social media platforms in one place which makes life easier when posting content or replying through emails/texts etc..
