Don't wear makeup underneath!

Probably a rookie mistake, but I put one on a full forehead make-up and then got out in the sun and sweated. It didn't fall completely, but I checked the jewels under my eyes to make sure they were still there and pressed part of my forehead against my skin. So I would recommend leaving some skin on the forehead bare to help it hold. But I got a lot of compliments!

Use eyelash glue as extra glue – especially if you sweat profusely.

I LOVED IT. It was very easy to stick it on because it's just one big gem sticker. I took it to EDC and it lasted all night (about 12 hours). BUT, if you sweat a lot, you MUST have extra glue for it to stick. Be sure to use eyelash glue. It is best to apply eyelash glue to the product, allow to set for 30+ seconds, then apply to clean and DRY skin. I was sweaty the first time I put them on, but I sat in front of the fan for about half an hour to make sure it was completely dry.

Temporary Tattoos

I bought these for our San Francisco Mardi Gras parade this year. I've worn tiaras and had no problems (I was in them for almost 7 hours), they stayed on my face and didn't irritate my normally overly sensitive skin. My sister in law wore a different set and it didn't last either. Of course, it rained for about 15 minutes and she wore a lot of makeup. They were absolutely amazing in person and really put the finishing touches on our costumes.
