Teflon coated fiberglass tape with a clean release silicone adhesive. Frequently used by the packaging industry as a release surface. Combination of Teflon and fiberglass allows tape to perform in continuous high temperatures. Resistant to tears, punctures, abrasion and wear. Dimensionally stable.

Excellent TFE coated fiberglass tape

The tape although a different color was a direct replacement for my Jardensfoodsaver. However, burn holes in the original tape revealed problems that were not solved by the new tape. I can seal 8" or 1 liter bags effectively, but 11" bags don't fully hold a vacuum. The tape is excellent although it works better than the original.
