Type of review

I was concerned there would be no loose change because it has no elastic, metal or anything to hold on to that would close it. But to my surprise, even after months of use, the loose change stays there and doesn't fall into my pocket like other squeezable coin pouches that have rubber or metal snap closures. Rubber or metal always wore out, so the bag wouldn't close. But this one doesn't seem to wear out anytime soon and stays closed enough to hold changes. The size suits me too.

Marshal's is better

I've been looking for a leather wallet for a long time based on memories of the same one and saw my son-in-law's thin leather one. tool and it's at least 50 years old. Here is my review of the three I ordered from Revain: - Genuine Leather Coil Compression Coin Pouch Wallet, Design 92808BR Seller: Menswallet. The skin is thick and tough. Difficult to open. Hardly usable. I gave it to Goodwill. NOT RECOMMENDED - CTM Squeeze Leather Coin Pouch, Brown For Sale: Lifestyle Improvement. Exactly the…

Bad design as small coins keep falling out. avoid it

It seems that it is difficult to spoil the design of a coin pouch, but this manufacturer has managed to do it. I've had at least two of these bags in the past, but not from this manufacturer, and they've never had a problem. They were well designed but wore out over time. The problem with this is that the "petals" that open to put coins in are too small and the coins (pennies and dimes) always find their way from the pouch to the pouch. Maybe a few coins are ok, but if more, the coins can slip…

Useful article Well done

Somewhat irrelevant questions (this is not a pair of shoes so does not provide "good arch support" (g)). This is a pattern of a purse or tobacco pouch which is very handy as once pryed open it opens with a push and stays open - or at least allows you to see the entire bottom to find the coin you need. In this particular embodiment the leather is of good quality. The landing is slightly offset, leaving a small hole in the center of the iris (less than 1/8 inch, coins won't slip out); it will…

NOT THE PRODUCT I FALL IN LOVE WITH

I have had a leather coin pouch for over 25 years. It was a great product, no question. I loved it and carried it with me every day. It was a great conversation starter. I wish I had lost it. Some things you touch every day deserve a quality product. Items brought in must be of the highest quality. CARRY-OLOGY, learning about the things you carry is a serious subject and I'm obsessed with the things I carry. But I lost it, so I spent some time looking for a replacement. I came across this…

I've worn this for over 50 years

I've worn this for over 50 years. I took the first one to Vietnam in 1969. I'm a bit worn and a bit lost so I know what to expect and the last one I bought at Walmart and it's worn has a hole big enough for a dime or penny to fall out so i have ordered a new one. Some idiot made some changes, resized, it's 3/8 inch smaller than any others I've had. They were all the same size until I got this new one. The leather is the FAKE leather, too soft and leather in the middle (when the case is open…
