CUBOT Review

Cubot helps us with our customer relations, sales process management, contact center & CRM solution for many of clients in my organization since last 3 years! I really enjoy working with this system as its very user friendly interface which makes me feel like am using some other expensive software available out there but not so costly at all! Nothing much specific about cubots product yet i think overall experience has been satisfactory because of their support team who are always ready to help

The way how you can get insights from all of our sales channels in one place, makes us more efficient as an organization! It's also great for customer support because we are able to see what customers have already viewed or used within Cubot before they reach out with questions/issues. I wish there was some sort of time lag between when something shows up in Salesforce (or any other channel) so people don't think their issue has been resolved if someone else saw them earlier than expected - but

The customer service was very helpful with our question, but they seemed unprepared when we were in crisis mode after getting hit by an EF-2 tornado warning during early March of this year (2017). Our business had continued as normal for many years prior so there weren't any issues - until then! We are still trying get information back from them regarding what happened at that point & where everything got lost. I wish someone would have warned us about how vulnerable their systems really can be

The best thing about this software, as I mentioned before, is its ability of integrating all my different databases into one place so that i can access them from any device at anytime! It's not very user friendly but once you get used to using it everything works great!! If anyone wants an easy way for their business' information storage then they should definitely use cubot.
