After trying this product, I am very disappointed with its performance. The knife is not sharp enough to be considered a slicing knife much less a triple collection slicing knife. I was expecting more from a brand like this. As someone who spends a lot of time in the KITCHEN, I would not recommend this product to anyone. The only upside is that it feels sturdy in the hand. .

This is a great high carbon stainless steel knife with a comfortable handle, very sharp out of the box and a pleasure to own to use for any cutting task in the kitchen I bought six and would recommend them for personal use or as a gift.
