Quickly cooks thin and short fries. It's still worth using because it's so fast. I soak them in cold water for 1/2 hour, rinse, dry, brush with oil and salt and bake at 400C for 5-10 minutes per side while we prepare the rest of the dinner. Easy. Tip: Don't use the pulse button on the food processor, you'll end up with a lot of small, half-thick pieces that aren't really usable.
