I don't understand why this part is not standard on the Cuisinart. It is a must for the exam! works great but shouldn't but it's a la carte

I had one for my old Cuisinart machine and when I got the new one it should have been different. I don't know why they don't ship with it more but as long as I can get it for a reasonable price I think I'll be happy.

kneaded sticky dough. The batter rose up the blade and covered the stem and then fell under the cup and around the stem! I ended up using dental floss to clean the base of the shaft as the batter was pushed under the mixer's drive shaft. This is probably really best for making lighter batters.

Although you can use Cuisinart metal blades for dough, this is a must if you want blades that don't get hot. They are ideal when you need to knead the dough for a long time. I would advise you to be very careful when purchasing this attachment to ensure it really fits your model of food processor. In the "Commonly Bought Together" section, I've seen blades that don't actually match a specific processor model.

Plastic doesn't get as hot as metal. You don't need a lot of heat because the heat will interfere with or kill the yeast you're using to rise the bread. However, that blade doesn't reach from edge to edge of the processor chamber, so mixing and kneading takes some time and a little extra effort. The included metal blade kneads the dough much faster and more thoroughly and does not overheat.

I bought a spatula for my new cuisinart food processor on February 21st. Unfortunately, I only tried it for the first time on March 31st and then realized that it does not fit my new car.
