Great tool but needs simplification

I like that it gives me feedback about what my manager thinks of my performance and how I can improve. The interface is too complex for new users so you have to be comfortable using technology before this program helps you out. It also does not give enough detail or examples when explaining things. If you are tech savvy then there isn't anything wrong with it other than maybe having more detailed explanations as well as some sample emails/chats/calendar entries would help someone use it…

Pros
  • That they try hard in making sure every employee meets their goals by providing tips, suggestions etc after reviews & surveys conducted over 1on1s (it's good) which shows we've been doing something right here.and no need to take any action against us! :)The platform has helped both myself AND all coworkers achieve great results while building professional rapport w
