I can't help but agree with the negative reviews on this product. Heavy rubber body and plastic cover. It seems that the phone can withstand a fall while shattering like glass without it. The only doubtful moment is the latch. Looks a bit weak. I attached velcro to this to ensure the sleeve stays in place. Looks good in an industrial setting. The screen protector has not been used.

This is an extremely durable case, yes, it's so strong you'll need your hands practically like a vise to press the buttons after you've put your phone in! The touchscreen coverage is pretty decent too, although it does make the phone's screen a little less receptive to regular touches. However, this article is a keeper. It protects my phone way better than the $100 items my carrier sold me. then I had to send it back.

The plastic frame around the phone is quite thin. As long as you do your best to be careful and take your time, you should be fine. Once you slip it into the silicone case, it feels pretty darn solid. As another said. Get a tempered glass screen protector and ditch the one that came with this case. This is one of the few cases with a belt clip/stand that looked like the Otterbox Defender I had for my LG V20. I would recommend putting a good 9 hour glass screen protector on the phone and removing the plastic screen protector that is part of the phone body.
